The Lord is Where
The Lord is through the ceiling
And the rainbow that just came out,
And through the stars of night
And the sun of day.
We are just passing through its beautiful rays.
We finally reach his holy place;
We jump up and down with a smilie face.

My first publication! You know, I can actually remember composing this poem in my head during Sacrament Meeting. It's funny that my mother-in-law had this. We lived in the same stake back then, but my husband and I didn't meet until college.

Wow! You are amazing!
That's too funny that my mom had this socked away for almost 30 years. I'm curious to know what else she has...
No comment on how old this makes you. (Oops. I guess that is a comment.)
Still younger than you, my love.
:p
That's too funny! That's the year I was born! ;) The poem is great! Did you always want to be a writer?
I think I always did want to be a writer, but for many years I didn't think I could. That sounds like a good topic for another post.
Very good idea for a post because I'm 100% sure you're not alone!
I, too, remembered that poem when I read it. I am so glad at least one of your Moms kept it. I have no idea what happened to it at our house. I love it...sure was a taste of things to come, huh? Love Ya A&F, MOM=)
